That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our products. We love when new customers try out our products for the first time and we try to make it as risk-free as possible for you!
Since we are a small, family-run business and have tight budgets, we aren’t able to cover shipping costs for returns, but do honor our money-back guarantee. We hope you’ll love our products as much as we do, but if you don’t, then send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take care of you!
For all customers who have placed more than 1 order, we are unfortunately only able to accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original condition after your first order. Customers are limited to a maximum of 2 returns.
Any returns made without first contacting email@example.com will be considered an unauthorized return and can not be refunded.
Once your returned package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 10-15 days for our team to process your return and issue a refund.
For customers that placed an order for a bundle with 2+ products in their fist order, there is a 20% restocking on all unopened products.
Rejuvia is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit or additional shipping costs. Once your item has shipped, please email the tracking number for your returned product so we can process your refund in a timely manner.
Refunds are processed 5-7 business days after the return has been received back and approved.
