At Rejuvia, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As a small-family run business, we love our customers, are proud of the products we create and stand behind them. 

We understand that there may be times when you need to return a product, and we want to make the return process straightforward. You must contact us first for approval to initiate a return. If you do not contact us or simply refuse a package, your return will not be accepted. 


We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first oral sleep spray purchased directly from Rejuvia. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Service: Before returning the product, please contact us at to request approval.

2. Pack the Product: Carefully pack your sleep spray, ensuring it is in its original packaging and includes all shipping accessories, inserts, and gifts that came with it.

3. Label the Package: Clearly write your order number on the outside of the package. Packages without a valid order number written on them will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping: Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You are free to choose any shipping carrier or method you prefer, but we recommend using a trackable and insured service to ensure the safe return of the product.

5. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 10-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.


To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your order number must be written on the outside of the package.
  • All accessories, manuals, and promotional materials must be included.
  • The return packaged must be received within 30 days from the date of order.
  • Approval must be granted from Rejuvia Co. for the return.


Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return or refund, as specified in the product description or on a case-by-case basis. Post-purchase add-on items are not returnable. This includes items added to your original order after you placed it.

Customers are only eligible for a return on their first order. Subscription orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.


If you have placed an order, and then decide that you would like to modify it for any reason, please email us immediately at If a packing slip has not been created for the order, we can modify or cancel. If a packing slip has already been created, we will not be able to edit the original order.


Please be advised that Rejuvia assumes no responsibility for any duplicate orders placed by customers online. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that duplicate orders are avoided. In the event that a duplicate order is placed, all return guidelines as laid out in the Return Policy will apply.


Please be advised that once an order has been placed on our online store, we are unable to cancel the order. Our warehouse immediately processes and fulfills orders from our online store and cannot cancel an order after it has been placed.
