What is Rejuvia’s Return Policy?

Since Rejuvia is a highly regulated dietary supplement product, we follow a strict health code and are not able to accept returns on all of our products once they are opened and used.

We allow customers to return their first unopened Rejuvia order within 30 days of their original purchase date. We also allow you to exchange your first order for store credit or a different product.

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at hello@rejuvia.co with your order number and original date of purchase.

Please note: returned products must be received in their original packaging or they will not be accepted for a refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and a $5 processing fee.

Once your returned package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 10-15 days for our team to process your return and issue a refund or store credit. Refunds and exchanges are unfortunately not applicable to any subsequent shipments, or subscription auto-renewals, even if they are billed, paid, or shipped during this 30-day period.

Modifying Order

If you have placed an order, and then decide that you would like to modify it for any reason, please email us immediately at hello@rejuvia.co. If a packing slip has not been created for the order, we can modify or cancel. If a packing slip has already been created, we will not be able to edit the original order.

Duplicate Orders

Please be advised that Rejuvia assumes no responsibility for any duplicate orders placed by customers online. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that duplicate orders are avoided. In the event that a duplicate order is placed, all return guidelines as laid out in the Return Policy will apply.

Cancelling Orders

Please be advised that once an order has been placed on our online store, we are unable to cancel the order. Our warehouse immediately processes and fulfills orders from our online store and cannot cancel an order after it has been placed.
