  • What is CBD?

    CBD is a naturally occurring compound extracted from the hemp plant.

  • Do your products contain THC?

    No they do not. We use proprietary technology to remove any traces of THC in our products.

  • How are Rejuvia's products better than others?

    A lot of products in the CBD space are not lab-tested and do not contain organic, all-natural ingredients. Rejuvia's products are triple-lab tested and only include organic, all-natural ingredients to ensure maximum potency and efficacy.

  • Where can I see the lab results on my product?

    You can check them out on our website (link in our footer or on the individual product page), or you can even scan the QR code on the box of your product.

  • Where are your products manufactured?

    We manufacture all of our products in the United States in cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) facilities. Our manufacturing facilities are based in Colorado.

  • Can I change my subscription?

    Yes! Just log into your account portal, and you’ll be able to change, swap or cancel your subscription as you please!

  • How long will it take my order to ship?

    We process and ship all orders on the same day.

  • What is your return policy?

    At this time we only accept returns for damaged or defective products. If a package is marked as delivered, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.

    We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., We cannot refund or accept a return. We also cannot accept partially used or nearly empty products for refund or exchange.

    Simply email hi@rejuvia.co for a complimentary prepaid return label. We will issue the refund back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days upon receiving the return shipment and send an email confirmation confirming the details of your refund.
