    To sleep, ah, to dream!

    I have been unable to fall asleep for a long time! I clean up the kitchen, read, and play games on my tablet! Sometimes that would continue until morning.

    Now I do those same things, but I choose what time to use my sleep spray. Within 30 minutes, I am asleep. It took weeks before I had a dream. I don't have them every night, but it feels like an old friend is returning!

    Part of My Bedtime Routine

    I have struggled with insomnia for the past 30 years. Even with prescribed medicines for sleep, falling asleep was still an issue.     It Actually Works!!
