When my mom was in her 50s, she could never sleep. And I mean never. She tried everything: the gummies, the pills, the teas, the powders. Anything her doctor or the internet suggested, she tried. But nothing ever worked. It was either made her feel groggy in the morning or had nasty side effects.

    This works for me and my husband. It doesn’t knock you out but it does relax your brain so when you do wake up you roll over and go back to sleep within minutes. I usually just do some deep breathing and I’m out. My husband that would toss and turn for an hour or more is out again he says in 10-15 minutes.

    I can not stress enough how this product has changed my life. I have bad insomnia probably from working nights for 10 years then getting on a 9-5 schedule.
