Really helps me fall asleep
Before using this spray, I took a prescription sleeping pill, ZZZquil, and another OTC sleep pill and I may or may not fall asleep. Now I still use the prescription but not the others. Just that and the spray and most nights I sleep great. I spray it in each cheek and under my tongue and I am falling asleep and lot faster and easier. I highly recommend it.
