I recently became a terrible sleeper and cannot stay asleep (I fall asleep just fine). I have had this product on auto ship, every 30 days, since June 2024. I take 8-10 sprays every night. Nice minty flavor. If I wake up too early (3-5am) before my alarm, I'll spray 4 more and it'll put me back to sleep for a couple more hours. Love this product. Recently, I had a faulty spray nozzle and customer service immediately sent out a new one for free after submitting pictures to them of said nozzle. Great product and company!
