    It didn't work right off the bat but I took it as directed and began to see improvements within a couple of weeks. I just finished my 1st bottle and started the 2nd. I have to say my sleep is a lot better, I still wake a couple of times, but I'm also in menopause which really increased my sleep troubles over the last year, like not sleeping but 2 hours a night and CPTSD a life ling issue. Now im dreaming, staying asleep longer, better quality. Its not perfect, but this product has made a big difference overall. Ive tried otc's, prescription sleep meds, supplements and by far this has given me what feels like a good natural sleep. No hang over sleepy feeling. I was going to give it 2 months and figured I'd cancel future orders, assuming it wouldn't really help but it did help. I'll be reordering! Please also incorporate good sleep hygiene, turn off the blue light on your phones in the evening ir use blue light blocking glasses, get off your phone earlier...too stimulating, negative and creates neuroexcitation. Create a good wind down routine, a relaxing sleep environment, cooler temp. It all helps.
